  2. Discovery & Consultation – We will discuss over a phone/video call and if necessary an in person site visit where we learn about your goals, timeline, and overall vision.

  3. Design & Planning – Clients without plans begin with a design agreement to create build-ready construction documents.

  4. Budgeting & Value Engineering – We align design decisions with realistic costs.

  5. Pre-Construction – Final selections, scheduling, and trade coordination.

  6. Construction – Weekly updates, organized communication, and hands-on project management.

  7. Completion & Warranty – Final walkthroughs, closeout documentation, and ongoing support.

Clients with completed construction plans may move directly into the Build phase.
